One unit: an unlocked contact — which is also one conversation, because nobody reaches this list without saying yes first. Buy them one at a time, or buy a pack and pay less per unlock. Credits last a year, and anything you don’t use is refundable.

Not sure the pool has your people in it?

Then don’t take our word for it, and don’t start with the price. Searching is free and always will be — look for your next role and you’ll know in ten minutes whether any of this is worth ₹350.

90 days of re-contact, free

Unlock once and that candidate stays reachable for 90 days. Going back to them about a second role costs nothing.

Read the CV before you pay

Full work history, contact details masked. Judge the actual experience first — the unlock only buys you the way to reach them.

Every unlock is a warm one

They accepted your JD before you spent anything. You are not paying for permission to cold-call a stranger.

Asking is free. All of it.

There is no monthly allowance and no plan to buy — you are billed only when someone says yes. The one bound is how many of your requests may sit unanswered at once, and it grows every time a candidate accepts. It is there because a rejection costs you nothing and costs a candidate their attention. Write a real job description to a relevant person and you will never meet it.

Reply-rate range from published 2026 recruiter-outreach benchmarks; agency fee is the standard 8.33% of first-year CTC. Your mileage will vary — which is why searching is free. Prices exclude 18% GST · asking is free and unlimited · you are billed only when a candidate accepts · unused balance refundable in full, and it does not expire · 90 days free re-contact per unlock

The mathsAgainst a CV database

Where the money goes

A CV database charges you for access. We charge you for outcomes.

It is tempting to compare us per profile: a database gives you hundreds of CVs for what twenty-five unlocks cost here. But a CV view and a conversation are not the same purchase, and the price per profile is not the number you are actually spending.

The number that matters

You cannot buy a reply on a CV database.

You buy views. Published 2026 benchmarks put recruiter cold-outreach reply rates at 58% by email — and recruiting is the best-performing vertical for cold outreach, so that is a flattering figure, not a hostile one.

On a CV database
~313contacts

…to reach 25 people who actually reply, at the optimistic 8% end. You pay for all 313. The 288 who ignore you cost exactly the same as the 25 who don’t.

The other number worth holding this against: a recruitment agency’s fee is the standard 8.33% of first-year CTC — about ₹99,960 on a ₹12L role. Twenty-five conversations here cost ₹9,440, or 9% of a one placement. If you are an employer, that is the fee you are trying not to pay. If you are an agency, it is the fee you are trying to earn — and this is what it costs you to chase it.

QuestionsBefore you register

FAQ

What recruiters ask us first.

What exactly do I get for ₹350 + GST?

The candidate's name, email, phone number and unmasked CV — released only after they have read your job description and accepted. Until that moment the profile stays anonymised and you have paid nothing. You can also re-contact the same person free for 90 days afterwards.

Is expressing interest really free? What is the catch?

No catch and no cap. Asking is free and unlimited — you are billed only when a candidate reads your job description and says yes. There is no monthly allowance to run out of and no plan to buy.

The one bound: we limit how many of your requests can sit UNANSWERED at once, and that limit grows every time someone accepts. It exists because a rejection costs you nothing but costs a candidate their attention. Write real job descriptions to relevant people and you will never meet it.

What if the candidate ignores my interest?

You pay nothing. Expressing interest is free, and the unlock is only offered once they accept. A candidate who never replies costs you nothing at all — you cannot spend money on someone who is not interested, because the product will not let you.

A CV database gives me hundreds of profiles for what 25 unlocks cost here. Why?

Because a profile and a conversation are not the same thing, and only one of them is worth anything. Published 2026 benchmarks put recruiter cold-outreach reply rates at 5–8% by email — and recruiting is the best-performing vertical for cold outreach, so that is a generous figure. To reach 25 people who actually reply you contact roughly 313, and on a database you pay for all 313: the 288 who ignore you cost exactly what the 25 cost.

Here you pay for the 25. Everyone who would have ignored you passed for free, before you ever saw their name. So the honest comparison is not price per profile — it is price per reply, and on this list those are the same number.

If that still sounds expensive, don't argue with us about it: searching the pool is free. Look for your next role and decide from what you actually see.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. Register with a work email and you are searching the pool immediately. No demo, no quote, no procurement, no contract. The whole price list is on this page.

Can I use this as an agency, hiring for clients?

Yes. Register as an agency rather than an employer. You will need to name the hiring company on each interest request — candidates see who the role is actually with before they decide, which is a large part of why acceptance rates are what they are. Your own identity stays behind the unlock.

What happens to a balance I do not use?

You get it back, in full. It does not expire, and there is no clawback — that only existed to stop someone taking a volume discount and refunding the remainder. One price means there is no discount to protect, so a refund is simply what is left.

Why do candidates pay too? Does that not shrink the pool?

It shrinks it deliberately. Candidates pay only when they reply to a company, so everyone you are looking at has either paid to be reachable or is about to. That is the difference between a curated pool and a dump of every CV ever uploaded — and it is why the numbers you unlock tend to be answered.
