Upload your CV once. Companies search an anonymised pool, and when one wants you they send a real job description with their name on it. You decide whether to reply — and nothing about you is released until you do.
A different model
Job boards were built for volume, and volume is the problem. One posting pulls four hundred applications, a keyword filter reads them before any person does, and the reply you were promised never comes. Sending more applications into that is not a strategy — it is the same bet, repeated.
| Dimension | Applying on a job board | Arborhire |
|---|---|---|
| Who moves first | You do. | They do. You get asked, or you don’t — but you never chase. |
| Effort | A fresh application for every role, every time | One profile, built once, working continuously |
| First reviewer | A keyword filter. No human sees you. | A person who already picked you out of the pool |
| Which roles | Only what’s been posted publicly | Including roles that never get posted at all |
| Feedback | Silence. You never learn why. | You see every company that viewed you, and your fit score |
| Your data | Monetised. You’re the product. | Never sold. Released only when you say yes. Erase it any time. |
| What it costs | Free — because your attention is the inventory | Free until a company wants you. Then ₹99/year excl. GST. |

Both sides of the deal
Most job platforms won’t show you this, because the answer is that you were sold. Here’s ours in full — there are exactly two payments and no third party.
To reply — and nothing else. Joining, your profile, the CV review and being discovered are all free, forever.
Only when you choose to answerTo reach you — and only after you’ve read their job description and said yes. Before that, they cannot buy your details at any price.
Only after you’ve agreedNot to advertisers, not to aggregators, not in bulk. The ₹500 buys an introduction you approved — not a copy of you.
Nobody is bidding for your attention here. Your inbox stays yours, and there’s no incentive for us to waste your time.
Two payments, both listed above. That’s the whole business — no advertisers, no data brokers, nobody else with a stake in your inbox.
You’re our customer, not our inventory — and this is the arithmetic that makes that true rather than a slogan. Read the full breakdown →
FAQ
You don’t pay to join. Your profile, the AI CV review, and being discovered by companies are all free. Membership is only asked of you when you want to reply to a company — so the model has already worked for you before you spend anything.
But here’s the part most platforms won’t tell you: you are not the only one paying. A company pays us ₹500 to unlock your contact details — and only after you’ve read their job description and said yes. Before that moment they cannot buy your details at any price. That’s the difference between an introduction you approved and your data being sold, and it’s why we don’t need ads or data sales to run this.
Your ₹99 does two things: it tells companies that everyone who replies is a serious, active candidate rather than a dormant CV, and it funds the platform — the matching, the free CV review, and the engineering behind both. You’re our customer, not our inventory.
It’s the same membership — the price depends on when you subscribe. Subscribe before any company has shown interest and you lock ₹99/year. Wait until someone is already interested and it’s ₹249/year. Early members take a small leap of faith, so they get the better rate. Either way it covers unlimited replies for a full year. Both prices exclude 18% GST.
If you haven’t subscribed, you’ve paid nothing — joining is free and membership only comes into play when a company shows interest. Matches depend on your profile completeness and fit with our current network, which we’re actively expanding. If you don’t get a match within 90 days of activating your profile, contact us and we’ll work with you on your visibility.
On a job board you apply after a role is posted, alongside a few hundred other people, and a keyword filter reads you before any human does. Here you don’t apply at all. Companies and agencies search an anonymised pool and ask for the specific people they want — often for roles they haven’t posted anywhere, because searching a pool is faster than sifting 400 applications. You get picked, not filtered.
The other difference is control. They see your skills and experience but not your name, your contact details or your current employer. Nothing is released until you read their job description and say yes.
Yes, and it’s free. Your CV is scored out of 100 across impact, clarity, keyword fit, consistency and seniority signal. You get a ranked list of the highest-priority fixes — each quoting your own CV, not generic advice — example rewrites for your weakest bullets, your genuine strengths, and any ATS parsing warnings. Re-run it as often as you like. This is guidance to help you stand out to recruiters, not a guarantee of hiring.
Any time. Pause matching so companies stop seeing you, without losing your data. Or delete your account and everything with it — we purge it within 30 days, as required under DPDPA 2023.
Companies in our network browse an anonymised talent pool — role, experience, skills, location and fit score, but no name and no contact details. When they want to talk, they express interest through Arborhire with a job description attached. You get notified and you decide whether to reply. Your personal contact details are never shared without your consent.
